GS526U turning screw cutter

The GS526U turning screw cutter are intended for performance of various turning works and for cutting of carvings: metric, modular, inch, pitchevy. Designation of the machine of the GS526 model gets additional indexes:

"B1", "B2", etc. - at change of the main technical characteristics;

"At" - at equipment of the machine an apron with the built-in engine of the accelerated movement and the box of giving providing a possibility of cutting of a carving of 11 and 19 threads on inch without replacement of replaceable gear wheels in a transmission;

"With" - at equipment of the machine the boring-and-milling adaptation intended for performance of drilling, milling works and cutting of a carving under different corners on the details established on a machine support;

"In" - at the order of the machine with the increased largest diameter of processing of preparation over a bed - 630 mm and a support - 420 mm;

"" - at the order of the machine with dredging in a bed;

"Д" - at the order of the machine with the increased largest diameter of the bar passing through an opening in a spindle 89 mm;

"L" - at the order of the machine with the price of division of a limb of cross movement 0,02mm;

"M" - at the order of the machine with the mechanized drive of the top part of a support;

"C" - at the order of the machine with the device of digital indexation and converters of linear movements;

"RTs" - at the order of the machine with the device of digital indexation and converters of linear movements and with stepless regulation of frequency of rotation of a spindle;

"Е" - by delivery of the machine having marking of "SE" and conforming to safety requirements of Directives of the EU. Machines the GS526 models are produced with intercenter distance (RMTs) of 1000 mm, executions of GS526-01 with RMTs of 1500 mm, executions of GS526-02 with RMTs of 2000 mm, executions of GS526-03 with RMTs of 3000 mm, executions of GS526-04 with RMTs of 750 mm, executions of GS526-05 with RMTs of 1400 mm.
